Introduced a microdiscectomy system to Louisiana and achieved the distinction of becoming the #1 distributor in the United States for the technology.
Regenerative Medicine Launch
Spearheaded the introduction of BioDGenesis amniotic and placental tissue-derived biologic technologies designed to support regenerative healing and spinal procedures.

He previously launched MedAssurance, a healthcare revenue cycle consulting service designed to help physician practices improve collections and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, John led sales and operational teams in distribution organizations across the Gulf South, consistently achieving record growth and building high-performing sales teams.
His ability to combine clinical knowledge with business strategy continues to drive the success of Precision Surgical Solutions today.
Before entering the medical device industry, John served in the United States Army Infantry as an expert marksman before joining the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office.
As a Deputy Sheriff assigned to street crimes and SWAT divisions, he developed the discipline, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills that continue to guide his professional career today.
John was recognized as Police Officer of the Year and played a role in rebuilding the Jefferson Parish Street Crimes Unit following Hurricane Katrina.
